PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Mr. Nezworski primarily practices in the area of civil litigation, and has prosecuted and defended cases in State and Federal Courts throughout Texas. His practice focuses on:
- Insurance defense and coverage issues
- Oil- and gas-related law
- Representing landowners in royalty disputes and lease negotiations
- Assisting energy service companies in governmental relations and regulatory issues
Mr. Nezworski also assists with adoptions and is a certified mediator.
