PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Ms. Pratt focuses her practice on general civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, including:
- Premises liability actions
- Construction litigation
- Subrogation litigation
- Wrongful death and survival actions
- Products liability actions
- Uninsured and underinsured actions
She also practices in oil and gas transactions, real estate transactions, along with title analysis and appellate practice.
