The traditions of total commitment to clients and excellence in the legal profession date back almost fifty years when founder, C. Harold Brown, graduated from the University of Texas Law School and began practicing law in Fort Worth. Since the inception of Brown Pruitt Wambsganss Dean Forman & Moore, P.C. in 1991 with five attorneys, the Firm has enjoyed deliberate growth to its current cast of twenty one attorneys with offices in the heart of downtown Fort Worth and Southlake.
This allows the Firm to dedicate resources to the most complex legal matters while still providing personal attention to each client’s needs. Mr. Brown often attributed the Firm's success and prominence in the legal community to each attorney’s pledge to “Do the job right, the first time.”
The attorneys of Brown Pruitt Wambsganss Dean Forman & Moore, P.C. practice civil trial law before all Texas state and federal courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of litigation. The rating is awarded based upon peer evaluations completed by local attorneys after consideration of a broad range of admission criteria. The Firm’s civil litigation section undertakes prosecution and defense of personal injury, products liability, professional liability, construction law, business/commercial law, family and adoption law, and probate litigation. The Firm is also involved in general corporate representation, real estate, international trade, governmental relations and regulatory issues, oil and gas, water law, the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, and also maintains an appellate practice before the Texas Courts of Appeal and Texas Supreme Court.
Christopher J. Pruitt, President and managing principal, and principals Andrew L. Wambsganss, Randal L. Dean, Michael L. Forman, R. Mark Oliver, Michael J. Moore, Shelli A. Harveson and Eric C. Freeby oversee the Firm's operations of thirty-five employees, and guide its approach to providing competent, prompt, and diligent legal services to clients in a cost-effective manner.
